Volunteer Responsibilities: As a volunteer, you may be involved in:
- Registration & Check-In: Assisting with attendee registration, distributing badges, and providing conference materials.
- Session Support: Helping with room setup, managing audiovisual equipment, tidying rooms in-between sessions and assisting speakers.
- Exhibitor Assistance: Supporting exhibitors with booth setup and break-down, direct attendee engagement to exhibitor booths, and materials distribution.
- Information Desk: Providing directions, answering questions, and assisting attendees with navigating the conference.
- Conference Setup & Breakdown: Helping with the preparation and organization of conference materials and equipment, as well as post-event teardown.
